If the organizer cancels the tour, a full refund of the trip cost will be provided inasmuch as funds can be collected from vendors. If the tour is canceled for situations for any reason that is out of the control of Experience Sacred Sites: Deposit is non-refundable though transferable to another tour I offer or used as a credit for a future tour. As much of the balance as can be recuperated from tour partners (local guides, hotels, transportation companies, etc.) will be refunded or applied to a future tour as a credit. If a participant requires medical attention during the trip, they will be responsible for all costs associated with the medical care.
Trip insurance is highly recommended. Participants should check with their insurance provider to ensure adequate coverage.
“Experience Sacred Sites” is not responsible for any medical costs, losses, or injuries incurred during the trip.
Participants in our programs should be prepared to walk between 3 to 5 miles each day and spend extended periods on their feet. However, please note that most sites will provide opportunities for participants to sit and rest as needed.
Additionally, some sites offer varying routes, allowing participants to choose the length that best suits their comfort and ability.
For any trips to Europe, participants should be aware that climbing stairs will be required at certain locations.
We have established minimum group sizes for our tours:
Church History Tours: A minimum of 12 participants is required.
Overseas Trips: A minimum of 20 participants is required.
We understand that you may prefer a smaller group. While we are happy to accommodate smaller groups, please note that this will result in an increased cost per participant to cover the additional expenses. Please contact us for small group pricing and options.
1. Required Documentation: All participants are required to have the necessary travel documentation and clearances for trips organized by Sacred Site Experiences.
2. Passport Requirements: For trips outside the USA, participants must have a valid passport. Your passport number will be collected by Sacred Site Experiences to facilitate clearance and travel arrangements. Your passport must be valid for at least six months following the end date of the trip.
3. Responsibility for Documentation Costs: Participants are responsible for all costs associated with obtaining and maintaining their travel documentation, including passports.
4. Visa Arrangements: Sacred Site Experiences will cover all costs and arrangements for visas at border crossings for trips to Israel and Jordan.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Documents: Participants are responsible for any costs incurred due to lost, stolen, or misplaced travel documents.
